All prices are £ per week and are specified for Saturday changeover dates. Electricity, Sky TV, Linen (not towels) and Wifi internet all included. Minimum short stay is 3 nights. This is a no smoking property. Pets must not be left unattended in the property. Arrivals after 3pm, other times by arrangement. Please vacate the property by 10 am on the day of departure. Balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival. Bookings made less than 5 weeks before start date, full amount is due at booking.
